Jean-Marc Quarin February - 1999
Jean-Marc Quarin
Brown-red color. Light to medium intensity. Unpleasant nose at first. On swirling, swamp, oyster. Not good. Structured palate, very smooth but flavorsome in the middle, with notes of licorice aniseed. Pleasant aromatic persistence.

Château Nenin

Château Nenin is a Bordeaux wine estate located on the Pomerol plateau. In the Pomerol AOC, the Château produces only red wines. The vineyard extends over a single 32-hectare plot, with the exception of one parcel. The average age of the vines is 27 years, and the grape varieties consist of Merlot (75%) and Cabernet Franc (25%).

The quality of Château Nenin wines continues to improve. A very strict selection is made during the harvest, with only 30 to 40% of the production dedicated to the great wines.
