Expert's opinions
A little shy at first, but this quickly explodes with aromas of lemon curd, chamomile, apricots and honeysuckle. Rich orange curd, peaches and nutmeg, too. Broad and spicy, full-bodied, with richness and intensity. Subtle pithy and spicy elements give dryness and freshness. 100% roussanne from one hectare of vines. From biodynamically grown grapes, but not certified. About 3,000 bottles produced. Drink or hold.
