Not as big as I remember, but delicious. An aromatic '89 of rose petal, berry character. Medium-bodied, with medium-chewy tannins and a medium finish.

Ruby red color. Medium intensity. Bright. Clean nose of medium intensity. Fruity. On swirling, clean, intense, fruity and quite fine. Soft attack developing on a tender and very peppery structure. Slow evolution on rich and quite supple tannins. Very long aromatic persistence where complexity and nuance emerge.
