Jean-Marc Quarin June - 2008
Jean-Marc Quarin
Tasted blind, not decanted. One can only be full of admiration at the very unexpected result of this wine during this tasting. The colour is already evolved, the nose presents itself as fruity and simple. On the other hand, the palate seduces with its softness, its aromas and its flavour in the mid-palate. It finishes with a good length, finely woven and sappy, which highlights its very beautiful savour.
