Château Kirwan is a small wine estate in the Bordeaux region. It is located in Margaux-Cantenac in the Gironde department, close to Château Boyd Cantenac and Château d'Issan. The estate's vineyard covers 37 hectares and the grape varieties grown there are Cabernet Sauvignon (47%), Merlot (35%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petit Verdot (8%). In the Margaux appellation, it is classified as a Third Growth in the 1855 Bordeaux classification. The estate's second wine: 'Les Charmes de Kirwan' has only been produced since 1993.

The great wine of Château Kirwan is fine and elegant. They reflect the Margaux terroir, with charm and depth. That's why we recommend the Château Kirwan 1985, Kirwan 1993 as well as the Château Kirwan 1997 which is excellent.
