Cellar Tracker October - 2018

Copper red colour with a fine stream of bubbles that lead way to the maturing nose showing burnt sugar, red berries, dried herbs and minerals in a very pleasant way. Palate is dominated by fresh acidity, mature red apples and wonderfully strawberries and cream in a perfect, but strange combination that just keep evolving for such a long time in the mouth after each large sip. With even more glass time it shows caramelized sugar on the finish as well in a very good way! This is just crazy and amazingly good right now!
