Popped ands poured. Clear, deep garnet color with tawny reflexes. Medium+ intense, fully developed nose with a lot of brett. Nose is dominated by Cabernet, green pepper, tobacco, leather, some menthol, cigar box. Multi-layered and perhaps a tiny bit of TCA. Bone dry, medium+ acidity, ripe, well integrated. 13% abv. Tobacco, dried red fruit, rose petals, pepper, leather. And maybe a bit of TCA? Ripe and elegant. Long, lingering finish.

A distinctive red, with mineral, brick and dried plum flavors. Focused and still fairly crisp, with a meaty aroma and a lingering finish of coffee and dried plum. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
